Refund policy

Returns 14 days

  • You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

How to make a return

  1. Contact our customer support at info@bonnistudios.com with your order number.

  2. You will receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack your item securely and send it back to us.

  4. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send a confirmation email.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Non-approved returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item:

  • is used or shows signs of wear

  • is not in its original packaging

  • is returned after the 14-day period

If this happens, the item will be shipped back to you.
